My mother was Margaret Mary Deignan from Ballanimore, Ireland. She came to America around 1937 at the age of 16 to Providence, Rhode Island sponsored by her uncle. She lived there only 2 years and then made her way to California.

My GGGma Margaret DUIGNAN (b 1850 apx)married James BAGGOT and had two children, Patrick and Bridget, in Tibohine, Frenchpark, Roscommon and one child in Lancashire, England. If anyone has a family tree connection I would be interested to hear.
